Mining & Mineral Processing

Grinding, flotation, concentrate handling, thickening, dewatering and circuit water each consume chemistry, and each depends on the equipment that doses and separates. Arami supplies both.

One partner across your reagent supply chain.

Reagent decisions are plant-specific. What works on one ore body and circuit configuration will not transfer unchanged to another, so a proposal is only useful once the ore, the circuit and the current scheme are understood.

The brochure portfolio covers copper, copper-gold, polymetallic ores, nickel sulphide and platinum group metals. Objectives are defined with your metallurgists and then measured on your own circuit. Testing scope and funding are agreed in writing before any work starts.

  • Grinding and classification

Circuit water quality, scale and corrosion control ahead of flotation.

  • Flotation

Collectors, frothers and depressants selected against ore mineralogy and circuit layout.

  • Concentrate handling

Concentrate quality and moisture, and the filtration equipment that determines both.

  • Thickening and dewatering

Flocculants, coagulants and dewatering aids, with the dosing and filtration hardware.

  • Circuit water

Antiscalants, biocides and water-return chemistry for recirculating plant water.

Where supply applies

Trial, measure, scale

  1. 01

    Trial

A defined trial on an agreed section of circuit, with the measurement basis and duration set in advance.

Agreed scope · Baseline data · Defined duration

  2. 02

    Measure

Results assessed against your own baseline data by your metallurgists, not against a supplier claim.

Your measurement · Your baseline · Joint review

  3. 03

    Scale

Where results justify it, supply is scaled with dosing hardware, delivery planning and continuity of supply.

Dosing equipment · Supply continuity · Delivery planning

Testing scope and funding are subject to agreement before any evaluation starts.

Operational objectives

Objectives to evaluate, not outcomes to promise

  • Recovery performance against the current reagent scheme
  • Concentrate quality and grade consistency
  • Water return from thickening and dewatering
  • Moisture reduction in filtered concentrate

These are objectives to evaluate against your application conditions. Trial scope, measurement basis, duration and funding are agreed in writing before work begins — no result is guaranteed in advance.

Send us your specification. We’ll help define the supply.

Submit one product, a material list or a broader project requirement. If a specification is still open, say so — Arami will work through it with you and the manufacturer.
