Technical & sourcing support

Most inquiries do not arrive fully specified

That is normal. Arami's role starts before the quotation: establishing what the application demands, then sourcing against it.

The process

From open requirement to delivered supply

Each step exists because industrial procurement fails in predictable places: unclear service conditions, mismatched grades, missing certificates and unplanned logistics.

  1. 01

    Requirement review

Standards, grades, service conditions and asset context are established — including which parts of the requirement are still open.

  2. 02

    Specification support

Where a specification is incomplete, Arami works through the application with you and, where relevant, with the manufacturer.

  3. 03

    Manufacturer selection

Sources are matched to the requirement, with the manufacturer relationship stated plainly in every case.

  4. 04

    Documentation

Applicable certificates, datasheets and traceability requirements are identified against your project specification before quotation.

  5. 05

    Logistics and delivery

Packing, incoterms and destination handling are agreed as part of the quotation rather than left to assumption.

  6. 06

    Continuing supply

Repeat consumables — coatings, reagents, treatment chemicals — are set up as ongoing supply where that suits the operation.

No lead times or response times are published here. Both are confirmed for your specific requirement at quotation.

Who this is for

Three sides of the same requirement

Procurement

A single point of contact across four supply lines, with documentation identified before an order is placed rather than chased afterwards.

Engineering

Product selection tied to service conditions — temperature, medium, sour service, abrasion, immersion — not to catalogue convenience.

Asset owners and operators

Continuity of consumables and equipment support, so maintenance and shutdown scopes are not held up by supply gaps.

Send us your specification. We’ll help define the supply.

Submit one product, a material list or a broader project requirement. If a specification is still open, say so — Arami will work through it with you and the manufacturer.
