Marine and industrial asset protection.

Paints & Protective Coatings

Coating supply organised around the asset and its exposure, with manufacturer-supported specification and coordination with the applicator you appoint.

Where this line is used

Arami Group is an appointed distributor for International, part of AkzoNobel. Coating enquiries start with the asset, its exposure and its maintenance interval, not with a product list — the specification follows from those conditions and is confirmed with the manufacturer.

Arami supplies the materials and supports the specification. Application is performed under your own applicator arrangement; the application contract stays with the applicator. Where agreed, Arami can support inspection during application.

  • Marine hull and underwater areas

Fouling control and antifouling schemes matched to the vessel's trading pattern and docking interval.

  • Ballast tanks and internals

Anticorrosive schemes for immersed and confined internal spaces, where repair access is expensive.

  • Decks, cargo areas and topsides

Systems for abrasion, cargo exposure and strong sunlight, with finish and colour requirements confirmed early.

  • Offshore structures and splash zones

Schemes for wet and dry cycling, immersion and mechanical exposure on offshore assets.

  • Storage tank linings

Internal linings selected against the stored product, temperature and inspection regime.

  • Pipework and structural protection

Corrosion schemes for pipework, racks and structural steel, coordinated with piping supply.

  • Passive fire protection

PFP for structural steel and process equipment, specified against the project's fire scenario and rating.

  • High-temperature service and corrosion under insulation

Coatings for hot and insulated service, where CUI develops out of sight and is costly to reach.

How it is handled

How a coating enquiry is handled

  1. 01

    Asset and exposure review

The asset, substrate condition, exposure and maintenance interval are established before any product is proposed.

  2. 02

    Manufacturer-supported specification

The scheme is confirmed with the manufacturer against those conditions, including preparation standard and coating build.

  3. 03

    Applicator coordination

Quantities, delivery and sequencing are coordinated with the applicator you appoint and with your shutdown or docking window.

  4. 04

    Inspection support where agreed

Where agreed in advance, Arami supports inspection during application. Manufacturer technical services depend on the applicable product and terms.

Arami supplies materials and supports specification. The application contract remains between you and your applicator.

Send us your specification. We’ll help define the supply.

Submit one product, a material list or a broader project requirement. If a specification is still open, say so — Arami will work through it with you and the manufacturer.
